These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Track My Bite ("the App"), developed and operated by MK Ideas. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

Track My Bite is a personal fishing trip logging tool. You may use the App for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it in any way that violates applicable laws.

2. Subscriptions

Track My Bite offers an optional Pro subscription with the following options:

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's App Store account settings.

Prices are displayed in your local currency and may vary by region. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain Pro access until then. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their standard refund policy. MK Ideas does not issue refunds directly.

4. Your Data

All trip data you enter into Track My Bite is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store your personal fishing data on any server. You are solely responsible for backing up your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code within Track My Bite is owned by MK Ideas. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without express written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. MK Ideas does not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose. Weather data and other third-party information displayed in the App is provided for informational purposes only.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MK Ideas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
